Application

This HandyPay.app is a personal proof-of-concept application that plays the bridge role to share contactless payment cards between two linked users solely for experimentation or demonstration purposes, e.g., remote card payments testing.

WARNING

Misuse for real financial transactions or unauthorized NFC communication is strictly at the users own risk. HandyPay.app takes no responsibility for any unlawful use or resulting damages.

Users Registration

The online tool require user account registration. The access credentials normally sent to the donation Payer email.
The registered users may sign in with either their email and received access token, or using Google authentification.
We only collect information strictly necessary for account maintenance. We do not assume responsibility for misuse of collected information.

Access Termination

User account data is removed when access credentials expire.
The interface allows registered users to delete their account data at any time.
Users flagged for complaints, unlawful use, or suspicious activity may be blocked immediately without notice, and HandyPay.app is not liable for any consequences.

Donations

Donations are processed through third-party online payment providers at the time of transfer.

Donations Refund

All donations are non-refundable. If a refund claim is opened with the payment provider, we may supply evidence of site access under the Payer's email account.

Support

The HandyPay.app tool is provided AS-IS.
Support requests may be sent to support@handypay.app, but there is no guarantee of response or action.

Privacy

Our analytics system uses cookies to gather visitor activity data to evaluate and improve tools.
For authorized users, we may collect additional technical information to improve online tools and support accounts.
Users may delete their sensitive data in accordance with GDPR (EU) 2016/679.
Automatic cleanup of expired accounts is scheduled. HandyPay.app does not take responsibility for data loss or misuse.

Security

We use reasonable security measures to protect information.
However, any reliance on information or tools provided is strictly at your own risk.
HandyPay.app is not responsible for unauthorized access, data breaches, or technical malfunctions.

Disclaimer

This is a personal proof-of-concept application. While we attempt to keep information up to date, we make no representations or warranties regarding completeness, accuracy, reliability, or suitability of any content, tools, or related graphics.
In no event will HandyPay.app be liable for any loss, damage, or indirect/consequential damages, including financial loss or misuse of NFC/card data.
Users are fully responsible for how they use this app, especially regarding financial data processing, card sharing, or remote payment experimentation.
The application may be temporarily unavailable due to technical issues beyond our control, and HandyPay.app assumes no responsibility.

Proprietary Notes

The application, online tools, binaries, and content not part of contracts are developed and owned by the creator.
All other trademarks belong to their respective owners.
Public information may be shared or redistributed for non-commercial purposes only, with copyright notice included.
Redistribution, commercial use, or modification requires written permission.
HandyPay.app disclaims any liability arising from the use or misuse of materials, tools, or code.
